Therapy for Women
If you’re the matriarch carrying the mental load, battling stress, anxiety, or depression, and quietly wondering when it will finally be your turn to feel supported — you’re in the right place. As the matriarch you’re used to being the strong one. But strength doesn’t mean silence. It doesn’t mean sacrificing your well-being.
In our work together, we focus on: • Managing anxiety • Healing depressive patterns • Building clear, confident boundaries • Reclaiming your identity • Learning to prioritize yourself without guilt
You deserve support. You deserve peace. And you deserve to come first in your own life.
Putting yourself first isn’t selfish. And you don’t have to figure it out alone. Individual therapy is something we do together. We’ll work side by side to set goals and create a plan that feels right for you. Along the way, I’ll be here to support and guide you as you move toward the changes you want.
Therapy for Teens
Individual therapy for teens and adolescents is a supportive and collaborative space where young people can feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we explore the challenges they’re facing whether related to school, friendships, family dynamics, identity, anxiety, mood changes, or life transitions.
In our work, we identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic, and develop a personalized plan to build coping skills, emotional awareness, and confidence.
Therapy provides guidance, practical tools, and a safe space for teens to express themselves while developing healthy strategies for navigating stress and relationships.
When appropriate, collaboration with parents or caregivers is incorporated to support progress while maintaining the teen’s trust and confidentiality.
